Report any product damage within 24 hours after product delivery.
In case of damage, provide a 360-degree opening video without any cuts or edits for our assessment.

If the cover is damaged or you receive an opened cover, do not accept the parcel from the courier/postal department.
If we approve the return, kindly return the product within 2 working days after receiving the return approval.
Once the returned item is received and verified by us, the refund amount will be credited back to your bank account within 6 working days.
Returns related to color mismatch are not acceptable. Our photos are taken in normal daylight without any editing.
Returns due to size issues are not accepted. Please review our size chart before placing your order.
Ordering multiple items for trial purposes and returning many after trials is not acceptable.
